What is Nutritional Yeast? (aka Nooch)
Nutritional yeast is a deactivated yeast (so no, it won't make anything rise) with a naturally savory, cheesy, nutty flavor. It's packed with protein, B vitamins, and fiber, making it the rare ingredient that tastes indulgent but actually fuels your body. Think umami + nutrition. We've blended ours with bold Northwest flavors to create a seasoning you'll want to sprinkle on everything.
Where are your products made?
Our products are locally made in Seattle in a licensed commercial kitchen, operating under WA food safety regulations. Every worker holds a verified Washington State Food Handler’s Permit to ensure safe and compliant preparation.

When will I get my order?
Local deliveries within the Greater Seattle/Washington area are fulfilled by hand delivery within 3–5 business days.

How did you come up with this idea? 🤔
We are students at the University of Washington participating in a course in the Foster School of Business called "Creating a Company," where the objective is to design and launch a company over the span of two academic quarters or about 6 months.
Thinking intentionally about what we each like to do and what we value, we realized that we all love cooking and our health is important to us, but as college students, our time is limited and our wallets are teetering on empty most of the time, so it’s hard to meet our nutritional goals.
With all of that in mind, we put our heads together and after many late-night brainstorming sessions, we landed on Seattle Seasoning Co. because it hit all of our boxes: it allowed us to enhance the flavor and nutritional profile of the meals that we cook in a way that is efficient and doesn’t break the bank.
And, we are so proud of what we’ve built!
